Kahmino’s Team subscription is month‑to‑month, so you can scale seats up or down as your roster changes. Until a self‑service portal is launched, seat changes are handled directly by our support team.
How it Works
- Initial Setup
- We receive sign up verification and get you and/or your team’s branding set up.
- Want to Add Seats?
- Email [email protected] with the subject line: Add Seats – [Your Team Name].
- Include the number of additional agents and their names and their emails.
- New seats are activated for the next monthly cycle (or sooner on request).
- Need to Remove Seats?
- Email the same address with the subject line: Remove Seats – [Your Team Name].
- Specify how many seats to drop and which agents, if applicable.
- Downgrades will take effect at the start of the next billing period.
