What the buyers receive:
Home buyers ONLY received an automatic confirmation email (looking like it came from you/your firm) saying that their results are being formulated.
Buyers DO NOT receive anything from Kahmino proper.
What Kahmino is doing in the backend:
Our unique AI-powered tool is busy crunching numbers and identifying the best neighborhoods for your home buyers based on their submitted survey questions.

Although AI is quick, a human from our Kahmino Neighborhood Match Team will review each report and brief, so please expect up to a 48 hour turnaround time.
What agents receive
- Immediately after a buyer submits your survey, you/the real estate agent will receive a confirmation email as well.
- After 48 hours, ONLY you/the real estate agent will receive two individual PDFs as attachments in their email: Agent Brief & the Neighborhood Match Report specific to their prospective buyer client.

Agent Brief (aka. The Agent Cheat Sheet) distills each prospect’s current lifestyle and new home preferences in a 1 page document so you will show up prepared and positioned as neighborhood experts.

Neighborhood Match Report
The report is completely customized based on the buyer's survey responses and features your logo and branding throughout. Each buyer report includes:
- Lifestyle Priorities Overview: Summarizes buyer priorities like family engagement, health, outdoor access, and education.
- Top 3 Matches: Identifies best-fit neighborhoods with location and match rationale.
- In-Depth Analysis: Shows how neighborhoods align with their priorities, notes any gaps, suggests compromises, and includes demographics, costs, and area trends.
